Our Newest Addition: Childbirth Education Classes

When you think of childbirth education you might imagine sitting in a circle leaning back into your partner’s lap, “hee-hee-hoo-ing” and visualizing palm trees.

Or maybe you imagine sitting in a hospital conference room learning about protocol, pain relief options, and what constitutes active labor.

You can never be too prepared for your birthing experience.

What if we told you that you could learn about comfort measures, the anatomy and physiology of childbirth, what pain relief options are available at local birth facilities, what to pack in your hospital bag, and how to write a birth and postpartum plan all while relaxing in a comfortable and laid back environment with plenty of time to take breaks, enjoy refreshments, and bond with your partner or support person?

We’re bringing a variety of modern and customizable childbirth education classes to the Fayetteville North Carolina area. From a comprehensive full-day class that covers everything first time parents need to know, to a refresher course of comfort measures for parents who have been there a time or two, we are excited to bring you all the informative and fun classes you could possibly need for your journey into parenthood.

Remember: you can never be too prepared for your birthing experience. Whether you have planned your epidural or are looking to achieve a drug free birth, knowing your options and feeling confident about the process will help you and your partner or support person to feel confident and ready for anything.
