Erin Stephens is a labor and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and lactation counselor. Her journey into all things birth and babies began when she became a peer mentor for Mom2Mom KMC in Kaiserslautern, Germany in 2012. Her experiences birthing two of her three sons while overseas as a military spouse led her to her life’s calling: supporting families unconditionally throughout their birthing years.
She has served as an assistant board member with Mom2Mom KMC and a board member for Mom2Mom-Ft. Bragg; and has served as part of the development team for Operation Special Delivery. Whether she is serving her clients or spending her free time enjoying the outdoors with her husband and three sons, she feels grateful to be living in Fayetteville and enjoys contributing to her community whenever possible.
Erin believes that each family’s birth and parenting journey is as unique as the individual parents are. She promises to lift you up and allow your strength to shine while giving you confidence in your choices and education.
Sarah Lester is the lead IBCLC with Naturally the Best Lactation Services and is the wife to Eric and mother to Aubrey and Everley. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from NC State University and has her lactation certifications in educating, counseling, and consulting from UCSD. Sarah has been involved in the field of lactation for over 3 years now, after learning the love of breastfeeding through her first daughter. Sarah was clinically trained at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and has good standing relationships with all the local (and some not so local) hospital lactation and feeding teams – these connections allow for teamwork to happen, so each baby can get the best care and each mom can have assistance in finding the breastfeeding relationship that she desires.
Sarah is the attending IBCLC for laser tongue tie procedures at a large dental practice in Fayetteville and provides breastfeeding assistance home visits. She is a member of the NC Breastfeeding Coalition, the Cumberland County Breastfeeding Coalition, the NC Lactation Consultants Association, and is a member of the local La Leche League.
Sarah’s goal is to assist each mom in reaching her breastfeeding goals, no matter how short or long term they may be. Sarah prides herself on being an equal opportunity consultant, giving each mom and baby 100% and finding the solution to breastfeeding difficulties, so moms and babies can both learn to love the act of breastfeeding. Sarah is constantly broadening her education to better support moms and babies, and most recently completed the Postpartum Support International training certifying her on components of care for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Through her one-on-one approach to sleep training, Annie will guide you through the ebbs and flow of your newborn’s sleep patterns and development, helping you feel a sense of security and balance that doesn’t always come when bringing home baby. Annie continues her child sleep education as a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants and through her mentor and pioneer in the sleep consulting industry, Dana Obleman.
