148761096058091Erin Stephens is a labor and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and lactation counselor.  Her journey into all things birth and babies began when she became a peer mentor for Mom2Mom KMC in Kaiserslautern, Germany in 2012.  Her experiences birthing two of her three sons while overseas as a military spouse led her to her life’s calling: supporting families unconditionally throughout their birthing years.

She has served as an assistant board member with Mom2Mom KMC and a board member for Mom2Mom-Ft. Bragg;  and has served as part of the development team for Operation Special Delivery. Whether she is serving her clients or spending her free time enjoying the outdoors with her husband and three sons, she feels grateful to be living in Fayetteville and enjoys contributing to her community whenever possible.

Erin believes that each family’s birth and parenting journey is as unique as the individual parents are. She promises to lift you up and allow your strength to shine while giving you confidence in your choices and education.

Annie Henderson is a Certified Child Sleep Consultant, her mission is to teach parents that they don’t have to lose sleep just because they brought new life into this world but rather they can teach their child healthy sleep habits from the beginning to ensure a good night’s rest for the entire family. Inspired by her Irish twins, Annie found confidence in herself as a mom when she sleep trained her then 7-month-old daughter and her newborn son when he arrived. This enabled Annie to experience much need downtime and relaxation. It was clear that Annie needed to help other mothers feel confident, well-rested and ready for anything.
Through her one-on-one approach to sleep training, Annie will guide you through the ebbs and flow of your newborn’s sleep patterns and development, helping you feel a sense of security and balance that doesn’t always come when bringing home baby. Annie continues her child sleep education as a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants and through her mentor and pioneer in the sleep consulting industry, Dana Obleman.

As a military spouse and mom to two toddlers, Annie spends a lot of her time exploring Fayetteville and making friends in hopes of passing along what she has learned to other new arriving military families to help them feel right at home sooner rather than later. She also enjoys taking her two Siberian huskies to the dog park and spending time with her husband going on date nights.

“Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.” – George Addair

With a passion for sleep for both baby and parents, Annie prides herself on her one-on-one communication with her clients to ensure she is giving them all the support, guidance and confidence they need to reach sleep success.
