Looking for modern childbirth education classes that meet your needs?

UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 we have suspended all in-person group classes.

Our Childbirth Prep class is available as a group ($75) or private ($100) class via Zoom.

Our Infant Feeding class is available as a group ($75) or private ($100) class via Zoom.

At this time, our Comfort Measures, and Newborn Care classes are available for a private, in-person class on a case-by-case basis only.

Preparing for childbirth might be one of the most overwhelming and time-consuming tasks you’re faced with. While our community does have options for free classes, such as hospital-based classes, these can often be scheduled at inconvenient times, or are filled with information you won’t find useful or helpful.

What makes our classes different?

  • Our childbirth class instructors are not employed by or affiliated with any area hospitals.
  • We present unbiased and up-to-date information that is important to you.
  • You’ll leave the class feeling comfortable with the childbirth process and prepared to handle any outcome that may present itself.
  • Our group classes are small which facilitates discussion and personalization.
  • All of our classes are designed with your schedule in mind. Each class is 3-hrs and includes pertinent information, with time built in for Q&A.

We want you to tell us what your goals and priorities are!
